Terms and Conditions

(Customers must read and agree to these terms and conditions before signing the contract)

  1. Prohibited Items/Actions:
    • No alcohol
    • Fireworks, confetti, or flower petals are not permitted AFTER 9 PM.
  1. Food Rules:
    • Only Halal food is allowed.
    • Food may not be taken off-site.
  1. Payments & Extra Guests:
    • All payments are non-refundable.
    • Full balance due 6 weeks before the function
    • An Initial deposit of £2,500 is required.
    • Any extra guests on the function day will be charged £50 per person. This must be settled before food is served.
  1. Liability:
    • Guests are responsible for any damages they cause.
    • The venue is not responsible for personal belongings or any incidents occurring in the car park.
  1. Music & Access:
    • Music volume must follow legal limits.
    • One car is allowed inside, at the hirer’s discretion.
  1. Cancellations/Rescheduling:
    • In the event of cancellation, a Credit Note will be issued. Please note: The credit note is only valid if you introduce a new customer. It cannot be applied to existing customers.
    • No refunds for cancellations.
    • Rescheduling costs £2.99/guest.
  1. External Companies:
    • All pertinent documents shall be prior to the scheduled date.
  1. Venue Rights:
    • In the event of a pandemic, fire, or any other cause of closure beyond the venue’s control, the venue reserves the right to cancel the event without issuing a credit note.
    • After 11:30 pm the venue reserves the right to charge £250 per hour for overstaying.
